We Actually Like Our Job
It's amazing how working with people who enjoy their jobs can make insurance less daunting and tiresome. Yes, the government requires it. But no, it does not need to be a drag or wildly expensive. The three of us over here at McKay Insurance truly do enjoy our jobs, and we each view our day-to-day work as having one objective - to save customers money so they can spend it on better things. Investing for the future or going on vacation sounds like happier spending than paying insurance premiums.
Not only do customers save money when they work with us. They save time, energy, and aggravation. We handle everything - breaking up with your old carrier or agent when you switch to us (we know that phone call can be tough, nobody wants to be a heart-breaker), setting up and following up on minor and major claims, vehicle registration, pre-inspections on homes we identify as having higher risk of failing initial inspection.
Family-owned and operated is something a lot of small agencies claim to appeal to customers, but at McKay Insurance it's not just an appealing description - it is literally the owner/founder Kim, her son Kevin, and her sister-in-law Cheryl. Plus the loveable pup Felix makes his daily appearances at the office. That's it. Three people and a dog working together to provide customers optimal service, competitive pricing, and opportunities galore to try to save some money.
